Managing the planning application, EIA Screening and Scoping, phase I habitat surveys, great crested newt surveys, ecological/landscaping mitigation and enhancement proposals for the development polyhouses on 3ha of arable land as part of a sustainable agricultural production project. Working closely with the client to develop a robust planning strategy to incorporate significant levels of community consultation to address concerns of impacts of the development.
